Question 1

How many nights should I book?

Accepted Answer

All programs run on a 3-night minimum. Most guests stay 4–7 nights, especially for Light Detox and Mind & Brain Recovery, which build over consecutive days.

Question 2

What if my plans change?

Accepted Answer

Individual bookings cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, a 20% charge applies to the room held for you.

Question 3

Do I need yoga experience?

Accepted Answer

No. Classes suit all levels, and Light Detox and Mind & Brain Recovery are built around gentle, restorative practice rather than an intense one.

Question 4

Is it suitable for solo travellers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — many winter guests arrive alone. The small, adults-only setting makes it an easy place to travel by yourself.

Question 5

I'm driving from Spain — parking and charging?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on-site parking and an electric car charger are both available.
