Al Karob sits quietly near Albufeira and Guia, on a stretch of the Algarve shaped by four centuries of Muslim heritage — village names here still carry the prefix "al," and the architecture still carries the geometry of that history.
We built Al Karob as a small and personal retreat, not a resort: a handful of rooms, a kitchen that cooks with intention, a pool framed by olive and carob trees and a team that knows your name by the second morning.
Here, yoga is the beginning, not the whole story. We pair the practice with a newer layer of wellness — PEMF, red light therapy and rTMS — methods increasingly used to support recovery, focus and emotional balance, offered in a setting built for rest, not a clinic.

Payment and Cancellation for direct bookings
Cancellation (individual booking)
Free up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that after this period, if you cancel, modify or do not attend, 20% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
Cancellation (Groups)
Free 2 months or more before check-in, 40% one month or more before check-in and 100% for one month or less before arrival.

Deposit
All individual bookings are confirmed with prepayment of 20% of the reservation amount.
Group bookings are confirmed with prepayment of 40% of the reservation amount, then the remaining 60%, one month before check-in.
