Payment and Cancellation for direct bookings
Cancellation (individual booking) Free up to 14 days before arrival. Please note that after this period, if you cancel, modify or do not attend, 20% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
Cancellation (Groups) Free 2 months or more before check-in, 40% one month or more before check-in and 100% for one month or less before arrival.

Deposit All individual bookings are confirmed with prepayment of 20% of the reservation amount. Group bookings are confirmed with prepayment of 40% of the reservation amount, then the remaining 60%, one month before check-in.
Taxes and service charges 6% Tax is included in the room rates.
